This method is a feature of Plus Messenger,an alternative app for the official telegram app.
Download Plus Messenger from Playstore
- Open any Telegram group
- Long press on the user profile appearing in the left side
- If the user has a profile picture,it will pop up.Long press it and swipe up
- A pop up will appear.
- Select “Show user messages” and you’re done
- You can scroll up to view all messages that someone has sent in any group that you are both in
- This method can also be used to view all photos,videos or links that someone has sent in a group
